Due to a recent electrical issue in the area, the elevators at Crystal Shores West are currently out. Parts for the elevator are on order and are tentatively expected to be in and installed by June 26, 2025. For any reservations made between now and June 26, prices have been reduced 30% to compensate for this inconvenience.

This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

There is a full-size washer and dryer as well as free in unit Wi-Fi.

You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this condo. No pets are permitted, and this is a Non-smoking property. Monthly rental rates are not available.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
