This is a NON-SMOKING unit. There is no smoking inside nor outside on the balcony.
Smoking is allowed under the 2nd deck east .
No pets allowed.
Parking: this unit comes with 1 parking pass - limited to 2 vehicles. No boats, trailers, motor homes, jet skis or golf carts are permitted in the designated parking area. If an additional parking pass is needed for your reservation, it can be prepaid prior to your arrival. No pass may exceed 30 nights. Parking pass must be displayed on vehicle at all times.
Age limit to rent is 25. STRICTLY ENFORCED
