Lovely one-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom hotel suite that sleeps six is located on the 9th floor of the Phoenix All Suites West.

·         Flat-screen television in the living area and bedroom.

·         Queen sofa sleeper and stereo system in the living area.

·         Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances.

·         Breakfast bar in kitchen seats two.

·         Child-size bunks in the hallway.

·         King size bed on carpet in master bedroom.

·         Tub and shower combination in the master bathroom.

·         Gorgeous view from balcony with bright blue table that seats four.
One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.

Great location!

Check in was smooth and easy, the kitchen was equipped with what we need, the ac was nice and cold, and the bed was extremely comfortable! No washer and dryer in the unit though - but you can pay to wash on site… all in all, Great property - walking distance to all the good spots - would definitely stay again!!!

I’m a chef and there were a few things missing in the kitchen that I needed. Silicone spatula, cutting board, baking sheet. I also work for a company called Landing so my eye and attention to detail may be more sharp than average. All and all we enjoyed about accommodations.

Phoenix all suites west hotel

Great location. Very dirty. In hallways, elevator. Out balcony had drink spills on it. Felt the room was very old smelt damp musky. Was not clean very old and needs updating. Carpet in bedroom disgusting. I will not stay here or recommend this hotel ever again.

Family Trip

My experience was a pleasant one. The ease of receiving directions to enter was excellent. The hotel was clean and welcoming. Everyone was so friendly in the area. We truly enjoyed our stay. Can’t wait until our next vacation!

Everything was great! Pictures were exactly what the room looked like. Even though we were close to a couple restraunts, everything was chill and lowkey. The beach access was great.

Decent vacation rental

Cons- bedroom carpet had not been vacuumed and had some trash on it still from the previous people, bowls in the cabinet were all dirty like greasy and had food on them still, pretty sure there was dried c*m on the couch. Pros- great location, great ocean view, Bahama Bob’a next door is excellent for food, A/C worked great, overall check in and out process was super easy.

Weekend Getaway

Our stay served its purpose and the view was pretty. We had a few concerns that we wish were better communicated to us. The balcony's are undergoing repairs and there is a note on the sliding glass door that the balcony is closed so we were under the impression it could not be used, come to find out on the last day, it is accessible over the weekends but no one communicated this to us so we didn't get to take advantage of our '' balcony '' accessible room until it was time to checkout. There is also warning/red tape for the pool areas which would indicate closed as well, so we didn't get to enjoy that area either. Another concern was that there were linens for the pullout couch but no covers or additional pillows for that bed. We wish there would have been some dish soap to use with the sponge that was provided. Overall, it served the purpose of having some where to bathe and sleep but for the price and occasion, I wish I would have enjoyed it a little more.
