Castaways 4B — your front-row seat to the Gulf of Mexico — where the horizon is your morning call time and every sunset is a private screening from your own Gulf-front balcony.

Pull in, park, and forget the car. From here, you’re strolling the sugar-white sands to Gulf Place Beach Access, next to The Famous Hangout — where a star-studded stage for local headliners like the National Shrimp Festival and the Hangout Music Festival are located, The Pink Pony, Alvin's Island, and many other hot spots. Coffee in hand, ocean breeze in hair, and the beach as your red carpet.

Inside, the vibe is fresh and polished with brand-new flooring (completed April 2026) and room for your whole entourage — up to 6 guests. The primary suite is your personal sanctuary with a king bed, smart TV, and a private full bath featuring double sinks and a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom brings flexibility with a queen bed, twin-over-twin bunks, and a wall-mounted smart TV; the guest bath (just outside the door) adds another shower/tub combo to keep everyone tour-ready.

Hungry? The chef’s-ready kitchen is fully stocked with cooking basics plus a K-cup coffee maker — gather at the dining area or step onto the balcony for an al fresco feast with a soundscape of rolling waves. Prefer to play it like a headliner? Order in and let the Gulf do the entertaining.

Resort-style perks keep the good times rolling: a beachfront pool, expansive sun deck with loungers, grilling area, and private beach access — your own VIP lane to the shoreline.

Good-to-know details (the fine print, but make it chic):

Beach gear: Guests sometimes leave clean, gently used chairs and toys — help yourself if available. Or pick up affordable options nearby. Prefer service? On-beach vendors rent plush chairs and umbrellas daily or weekly.

Linens: All bed linens and bath towels provided. A detailed what’s-included list and packing tips arrive after booking.

Fees: Admin and credit card processing fees are non-refundable after booking.

**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (November, December, January & February) We prefer full-month reservations mainly during January and February. To get your accurate quote, please set your dates to reflect the Check-In date as the First of the month and Check-out date the First of the following month. If you need monthly rates for November and/ or December, please inquire. Monthly restrictions on January and February will be removed by November 30th if homes are not reserved.

House rules:
No pets.
No smoking/vaping.
Primary guest must be 25+ to book and stay (strictly enforced).
Parking: Guest Registration Certificates (parking passes) are required and included in booking; $45 each, max two per reservation. Passes will be waiting in the home on arrival. The lot is cozy — large vehicles may not fit. Ask about overflow options.
