  • Welcome to Caribbean 404 located at 1057 West Beach Blvd where your dream beach vacation awaits you! This corner unit offers plenty of natural light with two bedrooms, two baths, and a sleeper sofa, accommodating up to six guests. The master suite has a king bed and the guest bedroom a queen. Recent upgrades include new stainless steel kitchen appliances, new washer/dryer, 65" TV, new mattresses, furniture, freshly painted bathrooms, and so much more! Spacious corner balcony offers beautiful views of the white Gulf sand. Unit comes with designated parking steps from the elevator. Dog friendly(additional fee), the condo is stocked with three TVs, DVD, VCR and WiFi. The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking meals easy, or you can visit some of the best restaurants, shopping, and recreation the Gulf Coast has to offer!

    The Caribbean complex is low density with only 32 units and gives you plenty of room in the condo and beach to rest, relax, and have fun. The no-contact check in provided by Bender Vacation Rentals makes check in and out so easy! Beach front location gives easy access to our beautiful Gulf Shores' white sand beach; however, there are both indoor and outdoor pools(heated seasonally) for your family to enjoy. Other amenities at this property include sauna, steam room, exercise room, BBQ grills, and elevator. Please, No Smoking.

Last Minute Vacation

We absolutely loved this condo. The view was magnificent. Our mini schnauzer loved it, too. Convenient to shops, restaurants, etc. It was also nice that the pool was a bit heated...was cool, not freezing.

This has to be ine of the most amazing places I've stayed the stay was immaculate.

Great unit. Private corner balcony without a high rise on top of you next door. Beach area was not over populated--just one row of rental chairs! Mattress/mattress toppers were TERRIBLE... but everything else was perfect.

Gulf shore stay with pets

Tub drained VERY slowly, there were two stains on king bed sheets and water stains on the ceiling in the master bathroom. It was great to have our pets with us on vacation.

In Paradise

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed! It was so wonderful to be able to bring our little Morkie with us! The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. The added bonus was both the indoor and outdoor pools were heated as the weather is just now starting to get warm. We will be renting this unit again! Also check in is a breeze!

Awesome vacation our anniversary of 42 years

The condo was awesome. The kitchen pots and pans were good quality. The bed was very comfortable. The view was breathtaking. The water was clear and beautiful. It was a great anniversary. We loved having our dog Roxy with us. It was very spacious with the 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. We will definitely be back.

It was nice to be able to check the beach to see what our group was doing when we had to run back inside for something. Close to shops, groceries, restaurants and easy to get in and out of. The property itself could use some updating, but I would still recommend it to a friend. The desk staff was very helpful and accommodating during the reservation and checkin process.

Great Stay. Overall 9/10. Couldn't use the washer b/c it smelled like dead shrimp/fish. Maintenance did come ASAP but the the smell didn't go away.

Overall it was a great experience! You cannot beat the beach views from the balcony which may have been the best part for us. Getting to the beach could not have been easier. All we had to do was go downstairs and boom, access to the beach. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna. Really the only complaint may have been the outdated & small “gym.” We pre-booked for next year and can’t wait to enjoy this property again.

The views were absolutely stunning — waking up to the sound of the waves and seeing the ocean right from the balcony was a dream. The location was perfect, and we especially appreciated that the condo was pet-friendly, which made our trip even more special.There were a few things that could use some attention. The pool wasn’t very clean during our visit, and some of the furniture and bedding could use a refresh. A little extra care in those areas would make this place truly perfect.Overall, we had a great time and would definitely consider staying here again. With just a bit of maintenance, this condo could easily be a 5-star getaway!

Reviewer Comments: We were lucky enough to book a 2 week stay this year for vacation and were lucky to find this property thst woupd also allow us to bring our dog with us! Checking in and out was very simple and the communication from bender was amazing! The condo we stayed in is in desperate need of some updating. The master mattress is one large sink hole and my husband was less than thrilled to have to sleep on it for 2 weeks. The kitchen was also missing most of its pots and pans and things jist looked like your typical 1st apartment missmatched items. We had other friends staying in the same complex and their condos were much nicer as far as furniture and finishings. We would consider staying here again if this unit was updated.

You could see where something had run down one door. The closet in the master had one door if opened it would fall off the track. Just 2 place mats on the table? The kitchen had only one cup towel and one dish rag. The lazy suzan under the cabinet was filthy, had hair on it. The door on the dryer would not close completely. The floors especially in the corners were not clean along with the baseboards. Also had a couple of bugs show up. No extra blankets for the unit. We would recommend this property if the above-mentioned issues were resolved.

We have always enjoyed being right on the beach and this was awesome. Especially with the wooden walkway for easy access. It was nice to see all the families that were able to bring their dogs. The condo was nice and the view incredible. The only issues were small . Parking at times was difficult and internet was sporadic. We enjoyed our stay and have already booked the room for next year.
