We had such an amazing time! We enjoyed the beach and pool! The views were amazing! We also enjoyed the local activities near by! So much to do and explore! Our favorite was tacky jacks! They had the best drinks & food! The kids loved the ice cream shop at the marina & watching all the boats come in! We will be back! :)

Fall break

This was our first time visiting Gulf Shores, so we didn't know what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised! The property was nice but the unit we stayed in needed minor maintenance and updated bedding and appliances. The view was beautiful and the short walk to the beach wasn't awful. The beach was really nice and the property was pretty quiet. Overall we would recommend this for a family vacation!

Went above and beyond

We booked this property for 2 nights in anticipation of hurricane ida hitting our area (New Orleans). When we arrived the property was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed to accommodate a family of 7. When did not expect the hurricane to impact our area the way it did and we had to end up extending our stay several times. The property management team was awesome with communicating with us quickly and helping us out in every way they could. We truly look forward to returning for our next family vacation under better circumstances. Thank you all so much.

Awesome Condo

The condo was as pictured. Up to date amenities. Very clean and beautiful. The property is walking distance from the beach. It's about 30 minutes away from the gas station and convenience store so make sure you have what you need. It is also about 40 minutes away from the main beach in Gulf Shores. Overall the stay was awsome.

horrible experience. condo was dirty, pool was closed multiple times, no privacy, construction work

property was nasty. construction workers started at 7 am every morning. no privacy workers were looking through bedroom windows, workers on our deck, overall a terrible experience.

Beautiful location!

The view from the balcony was stunning and the short walk to the gorgeous beach was very pleasant. The location away from the crowds was amazing. We did have some smoke detector issues the first two days. Maintenance did respond promptly, but it was still an annoyance to have smoke detectors going off at random throughout the entire condo. The condo was tastefully decorated but not overdone. Kitchen had everything you need for cooking, but dishwasher did not wash well. Sofa sleeper mattress was past its prime, but thankful our teens didn’t mind. Overall, would rent this property again- the issues we had are things you simply wouldn’t know unless you stayed there, so truly no one’s negligence.

Unit is for sale, construction all day

The place is beautiful and clean, however, the property manager kept calling me to show the property to potential buyers. She said she had the code to my property and the owners were coming through, too. This is when I realized all these people had the code to the condo and there was no dead bolt. I was staying alone and didn’t feel comfortable with people knowing I was alone that could enter anytime. Also, construction on this building begins at sun up and goes on until 6 or 7 at night. If you have little ones that need to nap or if you want to nap (like I did), you can forget that. I left a day early because it was NOT the relaxing vacation for which I paid lots of money.

It was a nice place but I didn't like the fact that a manager or a maintenance employee could use the door code to get in at anytime. There was no way to lock the door to make sure no one came in while I was at the condo.

Great family vacation

This was our first time for our family to have a vacation at Ft Morgan. Great overall experience! The area was more low key and quieter than Gulf Shores. Everyone was so help from the Realtor Company, staff at condo, etc!

Gorgeous Beaches

The condo was beautiful, clean, and well appointed. This amenities and staff were absolutely fabulous along with Sunset Properties. This was our first opportunity to visit Fort Morgan area, and the beaches are absolutely breathtaking. Would highly recommend if you are looking for some peaceful seclusion........
