The dining table comfortably seats four, with two additional spots at the counter—perfect for those spontaneous snack sessions or casual chats over coffee. Start your day with a hearty breakfast before hitting the beach or sip your morning joe on the balcony as you watch seagulls dive for their catch.

After a day of thrills at Waterville USA or racing around on go-carts at The Track, the primary bedroom is your sanctuary for a peaceful night's sleep. Step onto the private balcony from the primary bedroom balcony door to take in the sites bfore bedtime. This 70-unit complex is in the heart of shopping attractions entertainment and dining including the famous Sea-n-Suds restaurant on-site. While outdoors enjoy the gulf side pool sundeck and BBQ area.

The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. This is a non-smoking property and no pets are permitted. Two parking passes permitted per reservation. Monthly rentals available for January and February but both months must be booked together in orer to rent the month of February. Boardwalk 285 features a Solaris Air Purification system which helps maintain a clean and allergen-free environment.
