Beautiful newly-renovated condo only steps away from white sand beaches

The perfect choice for that quiet and slower-paced family beach getaway. This is a fabulous 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with a Gulf view, on the East side of Gulf front building. Recently remodeled, this beautiful unit has new furniture, floors, granite tops, cabinet upgrade, and completely repainted in soothing colors for your relaxing stay. Unit has 3 new queen beds with a queen pull out sleeper sofa. Living room and master bedroom each have a 50" flat screen TV with DVD player. Kitchen with all stainless appliances provide a great place to prepare your meals and drinks. Complex has a heated indoor pool, outdoor pools, tennis courts, putting green, hot tubs, sauna, workout room and lots more amenities. Sassy Bass restaurant on ground floor is a wonderful place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner if you would rather have someone else do the cooking (kid's menu available). A $25 parking pass per car is required that can be purchased on site at the guard house. The parking pass is a one time purchase good for the entire stay. A Property Protection Package is required.

Nice place with everything as advertised. View of water from patio and bunk beds each are queen and room for two. Only things you might want to consider is size. Bathrooms only room for one at a time and den a little tight when all 5 (3 age 50 and 2 in their 20s) of us where in there. Easy walk to pools and beach and a Dollar General with full grocery and produce 5 minutes away. Only suggestion for owner would be ceiling fans. For those with kids a room to hang out on ground floor with books and puzzles.

Perfect Beachside Retreat – Clean, Comfortable & Steps from the Sand

Spotlessly clean, newly‑renovated unit fully stocked (including water filtration, TV in bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen). Guests rave about the picture-perfect beach location—quiet, peaceful, with pool access and lovely views. Host is responsive, check‑in seamless. Many highlight comfort of linens/beds, peaceful ambiance, and plan to return.

Quick beach trip

Overall the condo was nice. The only reason I have a 3 on description is due to having queen bunk beds in second bedroom. The listing said 2 queen beds, but I wasn’t expecting bunk beds. Thankfully there was a pull out couch so we made it work. It was clean and a great location.

Needs a good cleaning but the owner is great

The only reason I’m giving this condo a 4 star is because of the owner and how quickly he handled a bad situation and how apologetic he was! The pros- The owner is quick to return phone calls, get something handled, & very kind. The location is great and has a beautiful view Sleeps 8 comfortably The cons- -Check in was a 4. We arrived at 5:30 to find our room has not been cleaned. Contacted the owner & he got someone to clean it but they couldn’t be there until 7:15. We had our luggage loaded on the cart in our room for almost two hours while the kids begged to go to the beach. This was not on the owner this was on the cleaning lady who didn’t have our room down to clean. The cleaning lady was apologetic but did a terrible job cleaning. -If you are a clean freak like me then it would gross you out. There was mold around the shower head, around the rack where rags usually lay on, a little in the tub, and all on the shower curtain. There was a small crack in the tub and it holds water bad while you are showering. -I understand we are at the beach & expect sand in the room but what I did not expect is for my light blue fuzz socks to be black on the bottom. If I could post pictures of my socks I would. So it wouldn’t hurt to have a good deep clean done on the floor. -Final con, if you get hot easily then bring a fan from home because the bedrooms get HOT!! But the livingroom area is cold. None of this is on the owner it is strictly on the people cleaning the condo

Great place

Loved the closeness to the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked although didn't have containers for leftover food. The condo is located on the 2nd floor. The hallway had recently been painted which appears to have livened the place up. Loved having acess to so much to do.

Beach Weekend

The. Condo was as described, we both enjoyed the stay. Beds were comfortable and the neighbors were quiet at night. The convenience items were minimal. A better explanation of the pool access cards and usage would have been helpful. The parking fee was more than expected. The bottom floor restaurant was over crowded and the food was not great, they did have a nice sunset view. The VRBO app was down and checking in was a problem trying to prove you paid for parking and locating the code key for the door lock. Property Manager was none existent and we were not able to contact anyone for assistance. The gate guard was very helpful. None of this was our host’s fault, it’s all on VRBO. Regards, Lee Taylor

Perfect getaway!

The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. It is obvious the host has paid much attention to detail. We had everything we needed for our long weekend. Weather was perfect and views were amazing. We look forward to our next stay!

It's all in the details!

We have stayed at many different condos here at the Plantations over the years, and this one was just exceptional! I appreciated all the little details that make a condo feel like home, the decor, the comfy sofas, nice mattresses, sharp knives, each cooking pot had a lid...(we cooked almost every meal), and the queen bunk beds were definitely a bonus for the kids. Fred was easy to reach and answered all our questions promptly. Check in at the gate was a little delayed, but that was because I didn't know my unit number was found on the Rental Agreement; this was my first rental with VRBO, Fred helped me find it. We didn't have cable due to construction next door, but we streamed using WIFI without issues. Will book again for sure!

Great honeymoon stay!

The location of this condo is really great! A very short walk to the beach on a boardwalk. There are several pools but the beach was so nice we didn’t use them! Sassy Bass restaurant right downstairs was very convenient! The condo itself was beautifully decorated with two bedrooms and two baths. It was amazingly well furnished with all the plates, glassware and kitchen accessories you could want! Comfortable couches and bed and great communication from Fred the owner! He made our stay perfect! Would definitely stay here again! We loved it!
