Gulf Shores, Alabama is a family-friendly beachfront town. The Whaler Condo 4B is located WALKING DISTANCE from one of Gulf Shores' most popular tourist attractions and a must-see place while you're down here, The Hangout. Other activities offered in this area include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Policies:
1. Check-in is 4pm | Check-out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

It was a very wonderful stay. The only thing i wish was different is if there was a bathroom down by the pool for guest. But it was still a very relaxing vacation.

The property was dirty. The main toilet didn't flush properly. The tile floors were filthy.

I went to the office in Orange Beach and talked to Stephanie. She was not interested in anything I had to say. I talked to maintenance person in the phone there, they came and looked at the toilet that did not flush properly and stopped up. He texted me that it is slow. Hold down the handle. The fan in the min bathroom was so loud he that it would have to be replaced . The 2 mattress in the one bedroom were old and worn out. They made so much noise when you move you woke up the other person in the room. I had discussion with Cynthia a month or more.proior to booking this. I had read that this was on a review I had read. She assumed me that this was not a problem. Yet there I was with the very issue. When I went to the office the girl at the desk3 listened, went and talked to Stephanie and that's when she called maintenance and talked to them. The girl at the desk offered to relocate us, was offering other condos when Stephanie came out and said nothing else was available. She said she would look into giving us a refund. I have not heard anything. It may not mean much to them, but we saved to be able to take this trip, like most people. To talk to 2 people Cynthia and Stephanie I even have emails from both of them about the beds. To more or less be told "Too bad to sad" is disgusting.
