Beach Area Condo, 2bed-2bath, SeaBreeze 308

This condominium is affordable and relaxing. The condo is across the street from the beach about one hundred yards away from the gulf. We have deeded beach access with our neighbors across the street that will lead you to the beautiful white sandy beaches which Gulf Shores is famous for! From the front door you can see the beach in the distance and smell the ocean breeze.

The condo sleeps 5-6, the master bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom. The guest room has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top, there is also an extra twin roll-away bed under the bottom bunk. The minimum age to rent is 24.

The condo is located one mile from the center of Gulf Shores and minutes from everything Gulf Shores has to offer: water park, golfing, deep-sea fishing marinas, shopping at the Tanger outlet-mall, etc.

The kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, full size oven, refrigerator, microwave, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. WiFi internet access is here for your use, at no charge to you. There are flat screen TV's in the living room and master bedroom with DISH cable.
On the property grounds there are 4 charcoal grills surrounding a large shaded gazebo with patio tables and benches, perfect for family gatherings. The large circular pool and gazebo are the focal points of the complex courtyard.
Our condo comes with one reserved parking spot that can fit two mid-size cars front to back. The parking spot does not work well with large vehicles.

Condo could be cleaner. Vents were dirty, towels and sheets had hair and stains on them, shower had hair left in it, toiletries were previously used. Location was great, 5 minute walk to the beach. Overall our stay was ok for the price.

This property worked just fine for us for the 3 night stay. We didn’t use the kitchen or the pool, but both looked to have everything you would need. We contacted the host for early check in and they accommodated us for a low fee which was great. The area was very nice and the beach access is right down the street.

Everything was very nice. One of the irons didn’t work but the other one was fine. The ice maker didn’t work. It wasn’t a problem though. The shower rod in th hall bath need replacing. It was rusty

It was okay and served its purpose for our first stay in Gulf Shores. It was close to everything, which was nice. The walk to the beach was a little more than I expected. Although it was nice when we didn’t feel like driving. It was very difficult to park our car and thank goodness there wasn’t a car next to us. We had a Nissan Altima and it took multiple times to get it in the spot. Definitely need a smaller vehicle. Especially during peak season! We’re considering going to the Gulf Shores area again, but a different place to stay.

Great location, easy walk to beach (one street to cross that can be a bit busy which was a slight hassle w small kids but not a big deal). Plenty of space, and everything was clean. When we had a small issue (they changed the gate access for beach) the host was very quick to reply and get us what we needed. More affordable than a few other spots we checked while still providing a quality stay. Overall a very positive experience!

This property was PERFECT! We enjoyed every second being there. Even the locals who live there are amazing. Just a short walk to the beach, and you’re good to go! Close to many restaurants, stores, entertainment, etc.. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay and it worked great for 2 adult's and two teenagers. The short walk across the street to the beach access wasn't very far. This is a good location in regards to local restaurants. I would stay here again. Everything was just like it was described.

Family friendly

We loved this property, the location, pool, and it even had washer and dryer in the room! The kitchen is small but mighty! They have fully equipped it with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, crockpot, dishwasher, it is so handy! It's easy to walk the short distance to the beach, shower at the beach and by the pool when you get back. There are so many things to do close by that it doesn't take long to get anywhere! We had a lightbulb go out in a room and the property owner was great to communicate with, friendly and responded so quick, the light bulb was replaced same day. Truly recommend this place over and over again.

Amazing!!!

Came in for a beach volleyball tournament and this was the perfect place for before and after. A quick walk away from the beach and many food options. Amazing amenities and property!! Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat… very quiet and peaceful!

Cheer comp/vacations

Owners great let us check in early and out late for a small charge and fast with response. Loved how many things were in walking distance. The maintenance man on site was so helpful when we had car troubles helped us fund a mechanic. And the kids had a blast.

Gulf Shores Condo

Loved how close we were to the beach and how easy it was to walk there. Very nice to have a new washer and dryer and to have a dishwasher too. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. We enjoyed our time there.
