Beautiful, newly remodeled condo, looks even better in person.

This large two-bedroom, two bath deluxe unit is located on the sixth floor and is tastefully decorated in a tropical decor, fresh paint, new appliances and furniture throughout. Kitchen and baths have granite counters, kitchen has cream colored cabinets and black accents and will be stocked with anything you will need to prepare meals if you decide to stay in.

​The entire condo has vinyl plank floors with the look of hand-scraped hardwoods and the balcony has the similar look in tile.

​The living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper, 55-inch flat screen cable TV, CD player with stereo.

The main bedroom has a 40 inch TV, Queen bed, sliding door to the balcony and double barn doors to your master bath with a walk in closet. The second bedroom also has a 40 inch TV, queen bed and views the pool courtyard and Lagoon from the window.

We have a new full size LG Washtower for your laundry needs.

The balcony is large with 29 feet for relaxing and listening to the surf while enjoying the beautiful gulf views and you can even watch dolphins swim by in the mornings.

The unit is about 1100 square foot including balcony, which we feel is perfect for family and friends. We also have a keyless lock, so no keys to keep up with during your stay. We will assign you a entry code once payment is received. We also provide your own personal secured Wi-Fi , no sharing so its full strength!

The complex boasts beautiful lush palm trees and flowers that surround the large pool with a double sided rock waterfall along with a hot tub steps away.

Charcoal grills and picnic tables by the Lagoon are perfect for grilling out by sunset.The complex also has two lighted tennis / Pickleball courts and a shuffleboard . You must provide your own equipment due to Covid 19 at this time.

For the boaters, we have a boat ramp and two private piers, one with boat slips with a $30 boat launch fee per vessel.

There is a $30 per vehicle parking fee paid directly to the complex when you arrive.

One day before arrival There will be a $500 damage insurance hold placed on your card. Two days after checkout the hold is released if no damage. This is just a hold and card will NOT be charged.

ACROSS THE STREET there is 100' of our private deeded beach with a covered Gazebo for our guests. All this and just a short distance from downtown Gulf Shores, you will find endless restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. You cannot beat this Deal Anywhere in Gulf Shores!
