Surfside Shores 1306 is a beautifully decorated three-bedroom, three-bath west corner unit with Gulf-front views from the 3rd-floor balcony. Located just one mile west of the Hwy 59/Hangout intersection, it is close to numerous shopping and dining destinations. The property features two outdoor pools, one of which is heated during the winter months.

Unit Features:

• Gulf-facing balcony access is from the living room and primary bedroom; northside balcony access is from the third bedroom

• Tile flooring is throughout the unit

• Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a home-away-from-home; dining table seats four with two additional barstools

• Washer and dryer are located inside the unit

• Living area has a sleeper sofa

• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed

• Third bedroom features two twin-size beds

• Keyless entry - no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out

• Parking for a maximum of two cars

Regular passes (1–14 days): $31.20 each plus tax with a credit card, or $30.00 each plus tax with cash

Special passes (15–30 days): $41.60 each plus tax with a credit card, or $40.00 each plus tax with cash

New passes must be purchased every 30 days for long-term renters

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
