"Property was great except a few things. The bedroom set up was kinda scary. Especially since there aren’t locks on the doors. Also getting in and out of the tub was dangerous. I understand that it is a vintage situation but the step out was nerve wrecking. WiFi very weak in back bedroom. However, the amenities were out of this world! I couldn’t have been more impressed with the bathroom toiletries. Parking and location were great."

"Adam, the owner was very responsive until we got there, and then decided not to stay because the room was really smaller than we imagined. There is barely enough room to get around the bed. I had asked, if possible, for some sort of a partial refund, but haven't heard anything back as of yet. The room was clean and in well-kept condition, but not nearly as comfortable as the pictures depict. Anyway, it was an expensive lesson for my further travels using VRBO as I would only consider a place...

However, my one-night stay here wasn't a smooth experience as I didn't receive all the check-in information with the check-in email, so I had to scramble with poor service to find a number. Thankfully, the host was quick to respond. When I dried my hands with the towels, they came away with long blonde hairs, which made me nervous to trust the cleanliness. "The Good - host check-in information was organized, communicated well, listing was accurate, space clean and nicely decorated, bed, pillows, and linens SUPER comfortable, pet friendly, kitchen well equipped, nice bottle of wine waiting for us!The Not as Good - unloading was a challenge because it was difficult to find street parking nearby, the area around the building is not so great and we were a little nervous walking our dog late at night, and building feels more like a dorm and is high...

"Enjoyed our stay. Easy to find and access. Great selection of keurig coffees available. Didn't hear any of the other guests but is close to a 2 lane road, so they do provide white noise machine if you need it. We were fine without using it. No dishwasher, but we didn't have many dishes so that wasn't an issue."

I was looking for a quiet getaway and I got just that. The bed was great as was the AC. Communication with owners was fantastic. I will be going back.
