4. Villa Utuado- 1 bedroom with two queen size beds and one bathroom.
All villas are well equipped with AC, Smart Tv, small refrigerator & microwave.
Now let’s step outside and start with our well-equipped kitchen which contains from utensils, pots & pans to air fryer, ice maker and water machine for our esteemed guests indulge in culinary delights. Enjoy your dining experience in the cozy dining area, or on the 3 private terraces to dine alfresco, surrounded and overlooking the beauty of nature. Aside of the dining tables and seating’s, on our terrace you will find two BBQ’s, hammock, darts game, and domino table. A recreation Room consisting of AC, Pool table, Smart TV and reclining sofas is also part of La Comuna private areas.

Shared Access to: Guests will have shared access with other adventurous guests staying at another listing on our estate, to some of the trails that take you around, where the horses, sheep, ducks & chickens inhabit, different spots where the sunset view is mesmerizing, artificial lake, one terrace that is not on the perimeter of this listing and an outdoor recreation area which consist of a pool table, Smart TV, bar area and a espectacular view.
We want our guests to feel comfortable and taken care of during their stay. Please note that while we are not physically present at the property, we have personnel on the area and we are always available to our guests through the messaging inbox on the Airbnb platform. Welcome to Guayama & Salinas! Nestled on the limits of both charming town, our property belongs to two welcoming and safe neighborhoods; Ranchos de Guayama & Quebrada Yeguas Salinas. Both known for its friendly locals and warm hospitality. Aside of the exquisites views and the tranquility of being on this location, it also offer an ideal base to explore the coastal paradise of Salinas since although our property is at the mountains it still less than 25 minutes driving from the coast charming town of Salinas where you will find coastal culinary hotspots for those food enthusiasts, different bars with stunning views and even a boat and jet-ski ramp for those boaters.
Our retreat designed property is the perfect haven with a unique atmosphere that inspire guests to create lasting memories and cherish quality time with their loved ones in a warm and welcoming environment.
To fully enjoy your time at our property, it is highly recommended to rent a car at the airport upon your arrival. Having your own vehicle will provide you with the utmost flexibility and convenience to explore the area and make the most of your stay. Aside of transportation services like Uber and Cab not being very accesible on the area. We also highly recommend our beloved guests to go Grocery shopping before they arrival to the property, cause we can assure that once you arrived to La Comuna you'll not want to go out again.
