If you check in at the Hotiday Room Collection - Napoli Sant'Arcangelo, you will be greeted by a very friendly and kind staff member. As you are checking in, you will be presented with an unfriendly list of rules/demands made by the hotel. “Don’t eat or take food into your room . . . this is a hotel, not a residence.” Then, if you are unfortunate, you will go to your room and find tons of little ants crawling all over the floor. The kind staff member will come up to your room, spray the ants, and mop them up. Of course, she won’t be able to remove all of them, and you will use the spray periodically throughout the evening. You will also notice flickering lights in the bathroom and the main room, as well as a sink that does not drain properly. As you check out, you will be greeted by a friendly staff member, but you will come to the conclusion that the Hotiday management just doesn’t care about their guests. Too bad, because Napoli is an amazingly vibrant little town full of passion and character. Be better Hotiday Room Collection . . . Be better!

Great place to stay! Very clean, cultural in design, helpful staff, and nice breakfast in the morning (10 euros each person per day). The only down side I would say is that you cannot bring outside food or drink because they would have to separate everything out for disposal- from my understanding. It is a bit of a walk to the center plaza, but well worth the views!

We loved our stay here! Being up in the hills outside Sorrento and using it as a base to explore the Amalfi Coast, it was a perfect spot. Plenty of parking, though I would recommend using the street outside the hotel as it's quite tight once through the gates. The view over Capri & Ischia was fantastic, and the sunsets were out of this world! Such a nice way to unwind at the end of the day with a Spritz. Staff were incredible. Breakfast was good, and the pool was so nice! Restaurant did takeaway if you want to eat on the terrace, and go check out Eughenes and more importantly Salvatore & Mafalda for dinner, both just 5-10min walk into Termini village. We'll be back!

L'hôtel est bien situé avec un parking souterrain à disposition. La chambre était spacieuse avec une décoration très belle. Le personnel était très sympathique.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold. Rommet vårt var kjempefint og rent - og det hadde en nydelig utsikt mot Capri. Frokosten på hotellet var veldig god - med en meget god meny. Glemmer ikke pannekakene med ripsbær, frisk frukt og god cappuccino. En perfekt start på dagen ute på terrassen! På hotellet er det et nydelig område med svømmebasseng. Perfekt til avslapping. Og på kvelden kan man nyte en fantastisk solnedgang på takterrassen med en god drink. Vi gir også komplimenter til kokken for nydelig god mat! Personalet var veldig hyggelige og de ga oss meget god service. Vi bor gjerne her også neste gang vi besøker Massa Lubrense!
