"I honestly don’t know where to begin with this hotel. The moment we pulled up, I had a feeling I had made the wrong choice booking it. The front desk gentleman was exceptionally kind and welcoming, and he was by far the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives mostly ended. "Older hotel about 15mins tram ride to old town. Air conditioning not up to Australian/American standards - in 35C heat room only cooled 3C below so really not much respite from hot weather. Clean, comfortable and fresh."
