Adorable, dog friendly (additional fee) vacation rental home in Grover Beach.

This home sleeps up to 6 guests with a King bed in the primary bedroom and a Queen bed in each of the other bedrooms. Short walk to Pismo State Beach's Grand Avenue entrance, just over 5 blocks. To the south you can drive on the beach, to the north no vehicles are allowed. Huge, fenced backyard has a raised deck, artificial lawn, and gas BBQ (propane supplied). Wi-Fi and basic cable is included and guests are able to log into their own streaming subscriptions on the Smart TVs. Full size washer and dryer in the home.

Plenty of parking in the long driveway.

Cute Beachy Getaway

Adorable home with room for us all. Very clean and nicely decorated. Best stocked kitchen of any home I've rented and everything was super clean. Just off a Main Street, so street noise, but did not bother us at all - just an fyi. While there is no air conditioning, there are ceiling fans in all rooms. We opened the front and back doors and had a fabulous cross-breeze. We were very comfortable. Deck was fabulous - bought all the fixings for S'mores, but did not end up making them - we were too busy sightseeing. Great location, easy to travel around the area. We went up to San Simeon, just an hour away, Morro Bay, Santa Maria - lots to do and see!

Great family Grover beach vacay

Location was great with easy access to Grover beach and Pismo. The house had all we needed for coffee in the morning and cookware to make a few meals at home. Im extremely picky about beds for sleeping and the master king was the best bed I’ve had while vacationing. Had a great time with family.

Great Property

My two children and I stayed in this cute, clean, well stocked house for four nights and were very comfortable. The house had everything that we needed and then some. The property manager was very responsive, accommodating, and friendly. We had a great experience!

Holiday Get Away

We stayed here for Thanksgiving with the grandparents. The home was equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. It has a very peaceful atmosphere and had space for our family of four and my husband's parents. This home is located close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The backyard is spacious and has a deck for relaxing.

Nice Place

This home was very nice. Great for 2-3 couples, or a family with kids. We spent a lot of our time out exploring, but would have loved to hang out more in the backyard with the fire pit or playing lawn games. Only negative was having to check in/out in a busy spot in Pismo. The communication and process itself otherwise was easy.

Not Clean and Lack of Communication

Overall, it wasn’t the best experience. We were told if we showed up after 5 they keys to our rental property would be in the lock box outside of the office, they weren’t and we had to wait for an employee to come back to the office to give them to us. The next day a maintenance man came to the house, unannounced, to fix something. I called the office and they said they forgot to check if the house was being occupied before sending him. I was not okay with this at all. Finally, and probably the worst part, the first night we started to get really itchy whenever sitting in the living room near the areal rug. This continued and we had no idea what it was until we finally saw fleas pop up onto us. We left with bites all over our ankles, it was disgusting to say the least.

Well appointed and comfortable

Everything we could need. Didn’t feel like we could walk to the beach with the kids—too far and unclear where we would go exactly since it’s not marked on a map. Overall I recommend it!

Enjoyable and comfortable

Clean property and a nice big backyard for the dog and outdoor play. Beds were comfortable and it was great having reliable wifi and various streaming services to keep the kids entertained. Would recommend this to others.
