We could see the ocean and Morro Bay when the marine layer lifted, as well as the Los Osos Valley and the mountains beyond. Ryan is a gracious host, who became a friend during our short stay. "Comfortable for 2 people. My son loved the dogs and the cat. Dogs barked very loudly when we arrived; but were quiet at night (we didn't have direct contact with the pets; they were fenced in). We had almost everything we needed -- it would be handy if there were hooks for hanging clothes. We would come back again."

"I was on vacation and I chose to set my alarm so I could watch the sunrise from the property. Each morning. I simply walked out the double slider doors to a fenced in backyard and you are there. If u want u can turn on the firepit and enjoy the seating area. One morning the cows came to visit. Feet from me. Gorgeous animals. The peacefulness and beauty of the location was why we selected this location. Everything was close to the downtown area of SLO. Such an easy drive to Cal Poly or any DT...
