"This is a very interesting place. The exterior looks somehow lost in time, but the rooms are totally modern and really well designed. The location is excellent as you can easily walk to the seafront or hike up to the old town and panoramic views. Breakfast was great, too. We will most likely stay here again when we return to Grottomare."

Sylvia and Roberto are fantastic hosts who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. It was also a perfect place to stay with my dog, who felt just as comfortable as I did. I truly hope to come back...

The shower had a ledge cut into the bathroom, and water from the shower gets onto this ledge and runs along it wetting the toilet paper if thats where you keep it, no toilet roll holder. The aircon was not great at all, and 35C days this was a considerable issue, but thankfully it was for one night. The pics on the...

"Buona posizione, camera confortevole e molto pulita. Da migliorare forse solo la 1a colazione."
