It is located within a complex of terraced apartments, which can only be accessed by residents and guests who also have a reserved private parking space.



The apartment has a small fenced garden that ensures privacy and leads to a covered terrace equipped with a table and chairs where you can have meals outdoors in total privacy.



The terrace leads to the living room with another dining table and to the fully equipped kitchenette with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and cooking hob.

Also on the ground floor you find a spacious bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with a shower.



A staircase located at the end on the right side of the living room leads to a large basement room. Here you find another double bed and a single bed, a comfortable couch to watch TV and another bathroom with shower and the washing machine.



The apartment is connected to the sea, which is about 2.5 km away, through a comfortable cycle path that runs along the pine forest of Principina and which crosses the little village where you find various shops, bars and restaurants and all necessary services.



This apartment is ideal for a family or a group of friends looking for a serene outdoor and seaside vacation in Maremma and Principina.
