"The hotel lobby was extremely loud - so much so that I couldn’t hold a conversation there. There was a “resort fee” over and above the Expedia rate, but this was not a resort and that just felt annoying. There was no room service- just a “pantry” with expensive and mediocre food and a microwave. I would have chosen a different hotel had I known any of these things."

No microwave, beds were situated where only one bed could see the TV, ice machine didn't work, provided toiletries weren't sufficient to bathe a mouse, musty smell, no blankets on beds, heat/AC filters needed changed, restaurant/lounge had a lot to be desired (one bartender, no waitstaff, limited takeout type meals), and then I was overcharged, which I am disputing with my credit card company. "We checked in on Saturday 5/23 and found bed bugs in the King bed suite. Our travel needs included having the kitchenette and a separate bedroom.
We took pictures and videos of the bed bugs and showed them to management. They simply offered a refund of the suite and a stay in smaller room. We told them a standard room would not work for us. The front desk worker did not attempt to help us beyond this, saying they needed to launch an investigation into the bugs and her hands were tied.
