"After years of exclusive IHG loyalty, I gave Best Western Plus another chance, having left the brand years ago over poor service. As someone who books 175 to 200 rooms annually for business and personal travel, I wanted to see if things had improved.

The front desk person tried to help and gave me a number for the person that runs their internet, but I was too tired to follow up. I think it was the router. They have a nice breakfast and it felt like a safe location."
