Sometimes dreams do come true. Like the one about a Tuscan country house built in stones honed by the centuries so that no two look alike, surrounded by lawns and lavender and flowering bushes with the scent of rosemary and a view over the hillsides striped with vineyards and silver grey-green olive groves. The one where everything inside, from the furniture to the fabrics to the rugs on the well-worn terracotta floors to the Carrara marble kitchen surfaces and ample bath tubs, could not have been better chosen than by yourself. the four apartments have their indipendent access. one apartment for 4 people and one apartment for 3 people are split in two levels while one is on the ground floor with easy access for old people and a second one is on the first floor.

It is possible to rent also small cottage that can host 4 extra people. The cottage is not part of the main complex and does not share the gardens. The cottage only share the swimming pool and it can be rented on request separately.


Only three kilometers from Greve in Chianti, the little market town known as the capital of Chianti, our four apartments at Podere Le Case are in a little hamlet called Santo Stefano just 22 kilometers from Florence. The two adjacent centuries-old farmhouses have been completely restored by the owners and turned into delightful apartments to make your stay in Tuscany the best ever.

Every effort has been made to preserve the original style and mood of a traditional Tuscan country house without depriving guests of every modern convenience, from central heating to satellite television and Hi-Fi stereo system, Internet point and safe. The sofas and armchairs are comfortable and wide, the spacious dining rooms hold large dining room tables designed for large families and their guests while the bedrooms are cosy and inviting with Provençal cottons and four poster beds, each with their own bathroom and some with their own little sitting room/boudoir. The garden offers large tables and chairs for dining otudoors, while the swimming pool, 15 meters by 6, is equipped with its own dressing room and bathroom. The houses are surrounded by olive trees and rows of vineyards can be seen in the surrounding countryside. The Ugolino Golf Course is only 13 km away.
