"Owners Tara and Jody Pinder were awesome. Very helpful from start to finish arranging our ride from the airport to our home. This included a 15 minute taxi ride along with a 15 minute water taxi ride where we met Tara with our golf cart waiting and a tour to our home. The cottage was lovely and felt like home. The location to the beach was great. Having the golf cart was such a blessing as well. Transportation to and from the airport was so easy so thank you for setting all that up. The...

"My family of 4 stayed for 6 nights in late March. The house was clean and well equipped with comfortable beds. There are many chairs, coolers, towels, snorkeling gear, and even some floaties available for use. The view is amazing, I could never tire of the view. The beach is a short walk down a couple flights of wooden stairs. The sand is fine, soft, white with pink mixed in. You can walk for miles and miles in either direction. We will be back!"

"This house had everything we needed! The view was amazing, and access to the beach and water was so easy. The house was centrally located on Spanish Wells and easy to get to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We enjoyed the kayaks amd SUP, and dining on the deck. Cant wait to come back!"

"Well located on the center of the island, 8 min walk to a quiet beach. Super clean apartment, friendly owner. We appreciated the beach chairs we could take along with us. The only disappointment is that we thought from the listing the large balcony facing the ocean would be private and adjacent to our unit, but it is the owner's balcony which we could access. No direct ocean view from our apartment."

"The house was very well appointed and well thought out design on a beautiful oceanside with excellent snorkeling right out front. The check-in process could not have been better. We were met at the airport, brought to the ferry, picked up right away by the property manager with golf cart waiting and brought to the home with no delay. Checkout was just as smooth. The islands of Russell and Spanish wells were stunning and we cannot wait to come back!"

We enjoy exploring different beaches and we were able to hit all the best beaches anywhere from 5 - 30 minutes from the house. "Me and my family rented the Green turtle for a week in April. The house was beyond expectations and had plenty of room for the 7 of us. Was very surprised on how big the house was on the inside. It was very clean and modern. The property was well kept and just a short walk to the beach. The free golf cart was an added bonus and was brand new. Definitely will rent again and would recommend to anyone!"

"The place is very much as pictured. Very clean and amazing views. The indoor shower head was a little tricky to ensure water didn’t get on the bathroom floor which we didn’t want to damage. The kitchen was well stocked to cook or not. Also, the house had items to go to the beach including snorkel equipment, cooler and chairs."
