We have thoughtfully designed and furnished the house to provide communal space, while allowing room for quiet rest.

LIVING SPACE
Walk into a stunning living room with cozy seating, and beautiful electric fireplace.

A Spacious MASTER/KING BED room with an adjoining bathroom featuring a newly remodeled tiled shower and room for a pack and play which we provide upon request.

Across the hall from the Master are 2 additional bedrooms: both queen beds. These two rooms share another beautifully remodeled bathroom right outside the hallway. Ceiling fans are provided to ensure a good night’s sleep.

Kitchen with newly updated quartz countertops and electric stove. Fully equipped to cook for a crew, including a toaster, blender, pots and pans with a full knife set and variety of seasoning. Coffee and tea lovers will enjoy options to choose from which also include decaf.

Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the screened porch outlooking your private yard and quiet space. Perfect place to start the day!

CHILDREN
We understand the pain of packing all the "baby stuff". We're happy to provide a pack-n-play and highchair. We also provide a basket of toys and a basket of lego blocks. Please let us know if you have any specific requests, and we'll work with you to make your stay as relaxing and stress-free as possible. Raising a little human is stressful enough!

PETS
We know your furry friend is an important part of your family, and we want to allow them to join you on your trip. Before booking, please ask yourself:
1) Is my pet house-trained/well-behaved?
2) Are they generally quiet without loud barking that could be disruptive to neighbors?
3) Will they be ok staying in a crate or closed in a bathroom (or garage) while you are away?

If you can answer yes to all of these questions, please bring them along! There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $75 per pet (max 2 pets).

ACCESSIBILITY
There are 4 steps onto the front porch and 1 step into the front door.

There is a small lip (approx. 4’’ high) to enter the shower in the king bathroom. Please let us know if you have any specific mobility or accessibility needs. We would love to accommodate!
