If you are looking for a spacious and cozy house in the Downtown Greenville area this is the perfect one for you. You have access to all of the best restaurants and cafes in Greenville within just a 5 minute walk to Downtown Greenville or to the West End Art District. Just across the street from a brand new Spinx gas station and steps away from a range of wonderful restaurants. This house has three bed rooms that include a king size, one queen size bed, and three twin beds. The house also features a full kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and living room area and is a great space for a family. The house also has a large parking space in the back and a fenced in yard with a basketball hoop. You can also enjoy your evenings out on the balcony and enjoy the view! The best thing about this house is that it’s fully furnished and move in ready! Location, location, location!

For my first experience with using VRBO no good

When we arrived we noticed the place was not up on cleaning. Dust on tables, dishes still in the dishwasher and the bathroom had mold around the chalk line around the faucet area. I reached out to the owners on the day we arrived about this and not only they didn’t have any washcloths. The next day WE went to the store and got bathroom cleaning stuff and washcloths. Still have not received any response from the owners. So disappointed. I have pictures of the mold.

Historic home near downtown Greenville

We visited family in Greenville. The house was just over a mile to the shopping district of Greenville. It was not a walkable distance or a neighborhood you would want to walk to get to the heart of Greenville, but a quick drive. The house was spacious and comfortably housed our group of six.

Great home

This experience was wonderful. Riham has a beautiful home. It fit our party of 7 very comfortably. It was clean. It is in a great location, close to everything downtown. Riham answered my messages quickly. I definitely recommend this home for a reasonably priced nice VRBO..

Great location and comfortable living space

Property was just as pictured. Cute little house that boasts a great location, plenty of parking, and an awesome bidet! It was easy to check in and the beds/rooms were just as described. Only thing to note is that it's off a pretty busy street and so the car traffic was a little loud in the evening when we were trying to go to bed in the front room. But that was a minor thing. Everything else - perfect!

So much space!!

The rooms in this house are so big and there are plenty of couches and beds to sleep at least 8 people, more if anyone slept in the living room. There is also a big front porch. The home is located less than 5 minutes from Falls Park (which is my favorite thing about this home), however it is right across from a gas station and near a hospital so it was a bit shady. I never felt unsafe or anything like that, and it was 5 minutes from one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen. If I go back to Greenville, I will definitely try to get this home again!
