The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen bed, while the two additional bedrooms each offer a double bed. Guests will enjoy a spacious layout that includes a large living room and a separate den that flows into a fully stocked kitchen equipped with essential appliances and cookware. A dedicated dining room provides a perfect space for shared meals. Step outside to the back deck to enjoy comfortable seating and peaceful garden views, or relax on the front porch. The home is equipped with fast wireless internet, televisions in the bedrooms, and essential amenities such as air conditioning, heating, and laundry facilities to ensure a comfortable stay. This property is perfectly positioned near local hospitals, shopping, restaurants, and parks, offering both convenience and a quiet retreat.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire main level of the home, including the living areas, kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms, and both bathrooms. You will also have access to the washer and dryer, which are located in the basement. The basement is accessed by a set of stairs off the kitchen. Please note that there is a long-term tenant who lives in a separate portion of the basement. They have their own private entrance, do not have access the main level, and are rarely home. Please keep the driveway in front of the chain link gate clear for that tenant.

Other Things to Note:

Please note that the washer and dryer are conveniently located in the basement for your use during your stay. If you require additional sleeping arrangements, we are happy to provide queen and twin air mattresses upon request. Check in time is at 4pm. Our home is strictly non smoking and we do not allow pets or events on the premises. We offer free parking on site for your convenience.
