"The floors were dirty and the silverware had food on them from the previous residents but I just wore socks and took plastic silverware from Wawa but if you’re the kinda person who cares I’d double check just in case. The staff was very helpful and the front desk ladies were super nice. there was plenty of parking. Im super easy to please so I have no issues. I’d stay here again. It’s cheap and still has good quality for what you pay for."

"We felt like we were staying in an elegant, but extremely comfortable home. It looks just like the photos. We stayed in the Renoir Suite for 4 nights and it was beyond our expectations. Lots of room. Beautifully decorated. Comfy bed and sheets/blankets. The continental breakfast had wonderful pastries. The cooked breakfast was very savory. It's not far from the airport. Melinda was very helpful in keeping in touch and answering questions. The beach is very close as are many great places to eat....

"We were able to check in early with a small fee. Staff was very friendly and helpful in getting us a room with our last minute early check-in Room was very clean, Walking distance to fast food. Location was great to many attractions."

"Everything was great except breakfast part of our stay. The guests waited behind several staff members filling plates to get their breakfast. Then guests were standing around with no hot items, fruit, muffin or bread items left. We ended up going out for breakfast, there are plenty of places to go nearby. "The hotel is good for the price. It has been undergoing renovations and the rooms are very nice as is most of the physical property. Only 1 elevator was working so waits could be long. The biggest problem was the lack of staff for the restaurants, the lobby bar and the pool. The staff that was there was excellent, but they were overworked and stressed. There was only 1 waitress at breakfast, not even a bus boy to help. It took 1:15 for breakfast. The food was very good when it arrived. ...

"Everything was very clean. Carpet was stained and couch had claw marks on the edges but other than that I thought everything was great. I’d stay here again for sure. Very close to everything and the pool was perfect!"

"The hotel itself is beautiful. The restaurants are so nice. The biggest issue was there was a DJ until 2 am on the rooftop. It was SO loud that even either noise cancelling headphones and white noise on, we got no sleep until after 2 am."

"There was a couple small hiccups to start, the first not enough towels and second the elevator broke for a few hours on the 10th floor; however, staff was super accommodating and made up for it they went above and beyond. The rest of the stay was exceptional and I would definitely stay there again."

"The building is extremely outdated inside and out. It has not been kept up with. It stinks really bad. The bed linens did seem clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfeast was your typical complimentary. The pool looked clean and was warm but atmosphere is not ideal for a vacation in my personal opinion. The room was overpriced. I will say the staff was pleasant and as helpful as they could possibly be."

"A 100 year old property, refurbished to updated amenities and utilities. Very nice and helpful staff, really made us feel at home. And right in the middle of the city, with access to lots of restaurants and the beach. The Beach Club is the cherry at the top! Really worth a visit."

"The room was comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. The pool closes early at 8pm and the restaurant was overpriced. They add 20% service fee to purchases but the market was convenient, we had ice cream every day and enjoyed our stay. Would stay again."
