"I have never written this before but the pictures you see do not do this property justice. I just loved this apartment. It had all the essentials. Hoping to stay again in the future. Our favorite part was how close it was to the beautiful beach."

"We had a wonderful stay in Greenport! The location was absolutely perfect, and one of the things we loved most was being able to walk to town and the beautiful harbor. Everything was so conveniently located, from the charming shops and wonderful restaurants to the lovely waterfront, making it easy to enjoy everything Greenport has to offer without needing to drive.
We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful Greenport getaway!"

"Property was neat and nicely appointed. Everything was as listed. Meg, the host, was very communicative and answered any questions I had promptly. The town of Greenport was within walking distance and many wineries a short drive away. We had a great stay."

"We enjoyed the location of the property, and the check-in process was easy and well-organized. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and nicely appointed. While the space has a lot of potential, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The sofa and upholstered chair were in need of a deep clean, and the sofa cushions had lost their support, making them uncomfortable to use. We could also hear quite a bit of noise from the neighboring unit, and on one night the tenants were active until...

"Spacious unit with 2 well sized bedrooms, living area and large bathroom. Very clean. Although I didn’t cook, the kitchen was very well appointed and modern. Plenty of space to get ready and you’ll especially appreciate the full length mirror if you’re in the area for a wedding. Well located for a weekend of celebration whether activities are in Peconic, Southhold and Greenport."

"The property needs a major cleaning and repairs. The floors were sticky, and the carpet was dirty. Furniture was dirty and soiled. There was dried food on the utensils.
The pipes groaned at all hours, several times an hour. The bed creaked with every movement. Bedroom blinds were broken and wouldn’t close all the way. The bedside lamp on the wall was falling off.
The last straw was the huge spider that jumped down from the closet onto me.
We ended up leaving after less than 24 hours and...

"If you are looking for a place to sleep, this place is ok. No place to sit down or put anything down. Just a bed and an old beat up tiny side table. Refrigerator is tiny, needed to be cleaned and defrosted. Stains in the bathroom ceiling tiles and the smell of Marijuana at night. Hot plate and microwave present but did not use. The entryway and stairs were dirty and could use a coat of paint and trim. The beach was the highlight and a very short walk. Definitely not worth the $$$ we paid."
