"The hotel it's packed with things to do, great staff. Great food. However the rooms are a let down, and needs renovations, upgrades etc. They are clean but you can tell that everything is old."

"The Room Attendant and Houseman that serviced my room 312 were exceptional, he helped me take my luggage to the room. The only thing that was disappointing was there is no elevator in the hotel, and it has 3 or 4 floors of stairs. I didn't see any food and beverage. It was well kept and I felt safe ..."
