"The location was good.
My only recommendation is that when people book through Expedia that you tell them that they need to see staff to register, they cannot do it through the kiosks in the lobby."

"The room was great and the hotel was well kept. However no on let us know we needed a reservation to sit in at the restaurant. It's kinda annoying that we had to order and take it back up to our room."

"I was a little weary about a more budget chain hotel but it was great. The room was very clean and the location was excellent, by the two main train stations and right on the main pedestrian shopping area. The 12 pm check out was amazing for a later flight out. I had trouble checking in the kiosk, likely due to it being Expedia but staff was there to help. There was a nice kettle and real glass mugs. The beds were comfy and the shower great. There is Aircon but the coolest it will go is 19 C....

"The hotel was about a 1-hour walking distance from the center, but there are plenty of bus stops, including right outside the hotel. It is also about a 10-minute walk to a shopping center with a supermarket and a McDonald's. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities were functioning."
