"Booked the embassy because usually it’s really clean and nice . This is my 1st at this location. Let’s start with the Pro’s : Omelete station is great you can add options and everything. Although i wish they would’ve have a waffle maker. Parking is great ! Starbucks is right on property! Streamcast on TV’s - whenever i stay somewhere i look forward to this feature so i can resume watchin my shows while im away. Cons: the room was super dusty ! Like dust behind the nightstands , TV and bed....

"I had a disappointing experience with the hotel staff that really stood out for the wrong reasons. One night, I asked the front desk for a bottle of water. There were bottles sitting right next to the staff member at the counter, so I naturally reached to grab one after asking. Instead of assisting, she abruptly told me I couldn’t take it and that I needed to go to the vending machine or the cafe. What made this frustrating was not just the refusal, but the attitude. There was no attempt to help...
