"The hotel has lots of potentials: a well-kept hotel with lots of green spaces, good pools, right on the beach, and spacious rooms. Excellent entertainment team and kids club. The reception staff is friendly. The restaurant staff was not friendly at all. The meals work very severely, as the staff brings the drinks and the service is slow. There was no care to pick up the plates and glasses after use. The food was very repetitive, there were no themed dinners which are normal in all-inclusive...

"Loved the ocean and all of the amenities! beautiful, expansive beach was perfect for open water swimming. Swim-up bungalow was a bonus for our water-loving family. Service was top notch. I did not love all of the prepared food, but there were so many food choices, there was always something fresh and delicious to eat."
