"A lovely inn situated in a peaceful village but very handy for visiting the attractions within York and the North Yorkshire National park. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and our room was very clean and comfortable. "I stayed for a night on 4 July 26 with my sister and we had a lovely time, the hotel was cosy and the staff welcoming. We had a double en-suite room each and the rooms were cosy and well decorated and furnished. The bathrooms were modern and the showers were great. The beds were so comfy, we slept so well. Breakfast was great and they made me vegetarian sausages. The staff were wonderful. We will be returning . It was great value for money too."
