"This is an expensive but good option in Stornoway. The staff were extremely helpful with late dinner arrangements which were due to a ferry cancellation."

The Royal Hotel
"Great view of harbour from room. Old fashioned decor, but well kept and very clean. Good dinner and lively atmosphere in the HS1 restaurant (even for a Sunday!). Central location in the town, with view of the castle and its beautiful gardens. Free parking at rear of hotel. Lots of little shops, cafes ..."

Uig Sands Rooms
"The room was amazing. The view was spectacular. The bed was really comfortable. I can't fault the place at all. The only downside was the wifi wasn't working and the 4G was down also. This could have been due to the weather but it made communicating with the host difficult but thankfully we had everything ..."
