"This house was in the PERFECT location for a stay in Grayton Beach. The deck was great and the size of the house was perfect for 5 adults and two kids. However, the outdoor shower didn't work and there was no hose or working water spicket on the exterior of the house to rinse sand off before entering. The upstairs shower curtain and liner were covered in mold, the bathmat was unwashed (visible dried toothpaste everywhere), and there were lots of high touch areas (door handles and frames, etc)...
