"I liked everything it is an excellent place THANK YOU "

"Clean and conveniently located. Cute details. Sofa bed was not comfy though."

"Laura was so great at communicating, she is a perfect host. I totally did not read enough regarding this property and realized when I got there. There was nothing to cook on, but it does say that in the description.I just happened to miss it. But she was very kind and understanding. Place was clean and quiet, lots of sweet metal animals. Rabbits, deer, birds. It's very relaxing."

"Bed was comfortable and check-in went smoothly, no fuss at all."

"Bed slept well and check-out was quick. Shower worked fine with decent water pressure too."

"Needed a simple stopover spot. The shower worked well and parking was free right outside."

"Extremely comfortable and beautiful place to stay! So perfect for a trip to the Yuba!"

"We had a great time staying with Jesse! The location is prime and has a great view of the town. The room is stocked with the essentials and was perfectly clean. I would love to come back again!"

"'Location close enough that walking everywhere alone felt safe free hotels where guests fully self-sufficient staying here proved smooth stress-free experience overall'"

"Parking close by made things straightforward. Having both a fridge and microwave in my room proved quite useful during our visit. Quiet evenings allowed good rest after busy travel days."

"I felt comfortable making meals myself after busy days out exploring."

While clean, this substitute unit lacked basic amenities: it had no bathroom sink and no full kitchen (only a microwave and mini-fridge). I had to brush my teeth and shave at the kitchen sink, even moving a mirrored picture from the bathroom just to see myself. Additionally, the TV didn't...

"Arrived after midnight, the room was ready and peaceful. Having a private bathroom was nice during my short stay."

"Spotless clean, nice arrangement with practicality. Great bed and bedding Excellent communication."

"Host communicated quickly and was flexible. Place was clean and well stocked w amenities for the evening "

"The property was so cozy comfortable and clean, we loved our small area and the host does an amazing job at putting things that you probably could've missed while packing. The wifi was really good and having the TV to stream while winding down from our day out was great. I would 100% book with them again!"
