"Stayed here a few times when visiting family. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing, really sets you up for the day. Living in the US you don't get breakfast like this. The only thing I would like to see is the amenities in the bathroom more eco friendly. Liquid hand soap as opposed to a bar. Some hotels even have the dispensers in the showers. "Toooooo hot in the room. No A/C available; only an old fan moving the hot air. Difficult to breathe. Very very little room, without table and chair to work (in my case) or to seat in a place different to the bed. I ask in reception to change my room; nothing else available. They took me a table and 1 chair, so I couldn't move in the room. Weak wi-fi line "

"Excellent short, one night stop here, arrived about 1800, check in was smooth and quick, staff helpful and friendly, only a short walk to the room. The room was massive clean and the bed very comfortable. It was Sunday night and there was a painter in the corridor decorating, but quiet and no bother. Room had all the expected; toiletries, towels, Wi-Fi, large tv and even a trouser press. We were up and out at 0600 the next morning to race in a local triathlon at Belvoir Castle, night porter...
