"I was placed in a small room when the hotel was not overly booked. Online, booked a room with standing shower and was given a room with shower/tub. Very average experience. Nothing worth returning for. It was a room for the night. Nothing more."

"I specifically paid extra for the room that said "jetted tub" in the listing. Upon arrival, there was no jetted tub in the room, just a shower. I called the front desk to complain and they said they recently renovated the rooms and removed the tub and said I could use the public hot tub. The only compensation offered was a free breakfast but it was only for one specific meal from their menu with eggs and my girlfriend cannot eat eggs. Thankfully the exceptionally kind staff at the restaurant...

"Would definitely recommend! Charming and comfortable room. Nice touches like coffee and honour bar and locally sourced snacks. Bathroom was fully equipped down to qtips and a mini toothpaste. All the extra touches like a welcome note made it a place to return to. Restaurant and happy hour downstairs a plus. Apple Pie Sangria was a stand out."
