"Location was very easy to find. Gas station and a couple of restaurants very close. Two grocery stores within ten minutes. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and pleasant. Enjoyable stay. You will be hard pressed to find a better value in the area!"

"one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing."

"This is a lovely European style bed and breakfast run by lovely Agnes and her delightful husband. Clean and comfortable, with beautiful grounds in a picturesque high valley of the northern Catskills between Windham High Peak and Thomas Cole Montains. Our breakfast was delicious blueberry pancakes and great chats with the owner/operators and fellow guests. A great experience!"

"I was on a motorcycle trip ... I got there mid morning ... hours ahead of check in time. I was saturated from traveling on motorcycle through mountain areas in a very heavy storm. The manager moved me to a different room to let me go in early and get out of the rain, which was very much appreciated."

"Laureen was very hospitable. She accomodated us every step of the way. There were clean sheets, comforters, pillows and sets of towels arranged in the room. "The property is clean. The rates were good. It was very convenient to Cooperstown for the Hall of Fame Induction weekend. My husband really liked the shower amenities-- both the shower head and the Trader Joe's 3-in-1 soap. We enjoyed dinner at the Mill Pond in Jefferson. And the Fire Department had their annual fireworks display on Saturday night. Highly recommend Tandem Antiques, which is just down the street."
