"The air conditioning unit was so dirty that we quickly turned it off as it blowout black dust into the room. We don't use the shower as looked so disgusting. The location is very noisy. Out dated and poorly maintained rooms. The only good thing was being able to pack the car next to the room."

"We’ve stayed at multiple hotels in Flagstaff and the Kendrick is always our favorite. The rooms are clean, staff is super friendly and accommodating, and the Northern Pines restaurant is fabulous.
