"I used the hotel on a business trip.
The building was new and cleanliness was felt throughout.
The location is good, there is a ski jump right behind the hotel and you can see beautiful mountains.
Esentai Mall is also within walking distance, which is good for shopping.
The rooms are reasonably spacious, clean, and relaxing.
The shower rooms and toilets are clean and I never felt uncomfortable with the dirtiness.

"Прекрасный отель. Даже не смотрите по сторонам. В самом лучшем месте Алматы, до Достык Плазы 700 метров. Персонал очень вежливый и помогает во всем. "A little bit hard to find the place as there is no sign indicating it's the hotel. Best to have a local number to call them if you get lost in the area (Located inside residential area). We took Yandex taxi from airport (1500 tenge) and the driver helped us call the hotel when we couldn't find the building. "It was a cheap and surprisingly good room - for this price I expected scam or hostel. The room looks exactly as on the pic, quite spacious. Bathroom is okay. Shampoo, soap, dental kit, slippers were provided during check-in. Cards payment accepted. No elevator, so 3rd floor is quite a challenge with a 25 kg suitcase.
