"There needs to be bars of soap for people that sit in the bathtub. The shower gels are too high for people in the tub and they have to stand in the tub just to get soap."

"We usually love splash magic. However this visit was not as great as other visits. First thing was they still have bingo listed as an activity. But they don’t do it anymore. Secondly the water slides were down a lot. Thirdly the adult hot tub is no longer in use. Fourthly every time my grandkids went to play mini golf (4 different times) there was no one there working. The snack bar by the pool was closed for hours yesterday to clean the fryer. I thought that should be done when it’s not open...

And the main reason I reserved in this hotel was for the pool the was dirty. No staff other than the one at the counter, other guests complained about not having hot water in there rooms. "Not a good place to stay. Seedy and run down. Room was clean as far as linens, floors, bathroom. Walls lampshades not so much. Some suspicious characters outside. I stayed overnight because my husband was in nearby major hospital. After stressful weeks of hospital visits, I thought I'd give this hotel a try for lower cost but it just added to an already stressful situation. Safety catch on door broken. Wasn't very confident the door lock would hold Never again."
