"Maria cares deeply about your visit and responds to any need. The house is wonderful with a lovely fruit and vegetable garden in the backyard. It is a very short 3 minute walk to the center of the beach and our favorite taverna, Mythos. There was a reserved parking place for our rental car at all times. The outdoor shower was fantastic. I highly recommend this property and hope to visit again!"

"Nice rustic experience with all the modern conveniences. The village and everyone in it were super pleasant and welcomed us in with open arms. The house (old olive mill) was very impressive and has many balconies and decks to sit and relax. I recommend if you want to stay out of the hustle of the city have a quiet time then this is the place."

"Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem exquisit ausgestatteten Haus mit tollem Pool und herrlicher Aussicht. Der Weg zum Haus ist etwas holprig, dementsprechend hat man aber auch Ruhe satt. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und lässt keine Wünsche offen. In der Umgebung gibt es viele leckere Tavernen, und man kann super die Gegend mit dem Auto erkunden. Wir haben uns extrem wohlgefühlt, danke!"

"John and Effie were the perfect hosts. We had a long drive at night to get to the property from the airport but it was worth it. I can't say enough about our hosts they even checked on us halfway through our week and brought us more goodies. Thank you"

"It was a great experience, lonely and quite with a little pool that is more then enough. This was exactly what we were looking for. We had a wonderful time. The house was absolutely clean, the fridge filled with some food and drinks. Thank you for this wonderful experience❤"

"Wir haben schon oft in Griechenland eine Ferienwohnung gehabt. Aber noch keine ,so wie diese ,in der alles vorhanden war. Von Lebensmitteln, Gebäck , Honig ,usw..Ich kann gar nicht alles aufzählen. Zusätzlich wurden wir noch von der lieben Nachbarin Maria mit Obst und Gemüse aus ihrem Garten versorgt. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ganz ruhig gelegen in einer Seitenstraße. Man konnte auf der der schönen Dachterrasse oder in der Patio...

"Nous sommes arrivés très tard pourtant Vangelis était là pour nous accueillir. Il nous a tout expliqué nous a donné les infos nécessaires à notre séjour. Je conseille vraiment cet hébergement. Le propriétaire et sa femme sont d'une bienveillance exceptionnelle et vraiment aux petits soins pour leur locataire."

Achtung für Reisende aus der Schweiz: die Fe-Wo-App kann in der Schweiz nicht heruntergeladen und genutzt werden, deshalb ist die Kommunikation erschwert. Die Anfahrt über das Astouria-Gebirge ist schlichtweg spektakulär und atemberaubend - die Passstrasse ist in tadellosem Zustand (Achtung Steinschlag) und lädt immer wieder ein zum Fotostop. "We wanted to experience Crete's culture. You really cannot do that when you stay in a hotel with 500 or your favorite friends!! This Villa is located about 30 minutes from Rethymno. Nestled in the foothills surrounded by olive orchards at about 1100 feet above sea level. We were there for 18 days. We discovered a Taverna (Mina's) in Garazo about 15 minutes away. The owners MADE our stay! Genuine Cretan food and hospitality."

"I felt at home immediately, and it`s seems bigger than on the pictures, very comfy bed and two bathrooms/shower with toilet. Kitchen was fully equiped. I found lots of goodies - herbs, tea, coffee shampoo,bodylotion etc.. But bring your own repellent the outdoor pool attractive for mosquitos. Very nice sitting area outside to relax and enjoy the pool. Vivi offered a shuttle servis from the parkinglot to the house, a steep 100 m walk. She drove my luggage with her Mini up to the house. "Wer einen Erholungsurlaub inmitten einer archaischen Natur erleben möchte, ist in diesem sehr gut ausgestatteten, wunderschönen Haus genau richtig. Völlige Stille, nur durchbrochen von blökenden Schafen oder krächzenden Krähen... Nur hin und wieder ein vorbeiklapperndes Auto. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Henriette war perfekt und sehr herzlich und auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter unkompliziert und sehr zuverlässig. Touristische Infrastruktur ist - bei Bedarf - im Ort mehr als genug vorhanden."

"All together we had a nice stay in this lovely apartment. First there was a misconception and we had to prepare two beds by ourselfes - but the next day we got such a nice surprise for this - many thanks again! Some things we missed: There were no cushions at the seating place outside; and in the small kitchen no cutting knife, no cutting board. However, the bathroom is really okay. "Que dire si ce n'est que nous avons passé deux fabuleuses semaine. La maison est confortable et nous avons surtout profité d'un extérieur paradisiaque.On se sent comme à la maison il y a des animaux et les chiens sont adorables le coq est sympa et ne chante pas trop tôt Enfin le meilleur pour la fin l'hôte Vagelis et sa femme sont des gens en or , toujours à l'écoute et de bon conseil sans compter le lait de chèvre et les oeufs offert et le panier de bienvenue"
