Intercourse Villa In Lancaster

Our home is unique and family friendly, located in the heart of Lancaster County. We are in a small town with lots to do. We are with in walking distance to Intercourse community park and Kitchen Kettle Village. We have a large fenced in back yard for privacy.

The home consists of a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a half bathroom, living room with a 55” TV and a game room.
*The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, and is fully stocked.
* 3 bedrooms, 2 queen beds and 1 king bed.
* Full bathroom is upstairs.
* Half bath is in the basement.
*Washer and dryer are in the basement.
* Game room is in the garage.
* Garage is not available for parking, please do not open garage doors.

Keyless keypad on the front door. Free parking for 4 cars.

Home was perfect for our stay. Convenient location to explore Amish Country. We traveled with Kids so the fenced backyard and games were a plus. Would definitely rent again.

Nice, clean place to stay and Susan very responsive. There is a Community Park close by and walking distance to some shops and restaurants. If you are a little older like us, you may want to drive. Some games in garage area. Nice deck and table outback. You can see the horse and buggies go by front of the house, all during the day. This is a spit level house and there are about 7 steps going upstairs and 7 going down. This was a small challenge for us as we both have leg issues. Overall very nice place to stay!

Beautifully kept house with updated appliances and modern furnishings. The kitchen is well stocked. It is in a great location with shopping and restaurants near by. Enjoyed watching Amish buggies go by however the road in front of the house is quite busy. Hostess was readily available although we didn't really have any need to contact her. We would suggest perhaps small waste cans and tissues in bedrooms and laundry room.It is a lovely home and would definitely recommend a stay here.

This has been our favorite vacation rental property that we have ever stayed at and that says a lot. It was exactly as described and Susan was as kind as can be. The home was spotless, comfortable and the best home base after a long day exploring the area. It’s been a great trip and if we venture back to this aeea, we would definitely want to stay here again.

Property was as advertised. Susan and her team created an environment that was super comfortable, clean, and relaxing. Games are not just for kids....air hockey and ping pong can be played successfully by adults....give it a try. This home is convenient to pretty much any Lancaster county destination. Very nice house with everything you need for a great stay in the Lancaster County Amish Country area. The house has plenty of room. The game room area was my kids' favorite area, they especially loved the air hockey table. There were many horse and buggies that passed by the house. The host was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Her husband was also very helpful and came over to help us with a door we were having trouble locking downstairs leading out to the patio and grill area, even though it was already at night. The beds were a little too hard for our liking, but overall it was a nice place to stay.

This was our first trip to Pennsylvania and we had such an amazing time! As we drove toward the house, we were in awe of the scenery...the farms went on for miles and it was breathtaking! The house was perfect for our stay...so clean and comfortable. We cooked most of our meals at the house and the kitchen served our needs well. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and be comfortable, and the game room was a big hit for our teenagers! So fun! We also loved seeing the Amish buggies go by the house and visiting several farm stands in the area. During our visit, we traveled to Gettysburg and also toured the homes of President Eisenhauer and President Buchanan...highly recommend all of the above! We would rent this house again without hesitation...we enjoyed every minute! Thank you, Susan, for sharing your home with us!
