Beside the lounge, the dining table provides a welcoming place to gather for shared meals, while the fully equipped kitchen makes cooking effortless with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, full-sized fridge, Nespresso machine, purified drinking water tap and all the essentials needed for your stay.

Step outside to the expansive covered deck, where outdoor blinds create a sheltered entertaining space that can be enjoyed year-round. Fire up the BBQ, dine outdoors around the six-seater setting, or simply relax while overlooking the landscaped gardens and generous lawn, offering plenty of space for children to play. A separate backyard provides even more secure outdoor room to enjoy.

The primary queen bedroom offers a peaceful retreat complete with a dedicated workspace, walk-through robe and private ensuite with a spacious walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms each feature a comfortable queen bed and hanging space for clothing. The main bathroom includes a bath and shower combination, with a separate toilet for added convenience. A full laundry with a washing machine makes longer stays easy, while parking is available at the rear of the property, with additional roadside parking available if required.

All this while being just a three-minute drive from Goolwa Beach, the golf course, supermarkets, playgrounds, the historic Goolwa Wharf and the Middleton Bike Trail, making it easy to spend more time enjoying the region and less time travelling.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
