"Lovely hotel. Update with beautiful rooms and bathroom. Clean as clean can be. Asked for fresh towels the next day and boom! at the door before 12 noon! Wonderful staff working the front desk. Breakfast was more than enough with great choices! Location is great. Restaurants and grocery stores minutes away. Imlay City, MI is just a beautiful area of Michigan. I give it a BIG THUMBS UP!"

"I didn’t like the rude front desk attendant. Cancelled my reservation after traveling for an hour. Was very rude when i asked questions on why my reservation was cancelled. Apparently if you book through a third party they casually decide to cancel your reservation and give it to some else. I guess this is what you get for trying to save a few dollars. She then lied and said she tried to call me and that i was supposed to call to make sure i was coming which is unheard and unacceptable. I ask...

"This hotel is much older and has not been updated. The staff was wonderful, but there were not enough of them for guests' needs. For a class reunion, there was only one bartender. Much later, more came. In the morning, one chef was unable to come, so breakfast was later. The food, however, was quite good for dinner and breakfast. We really liked that all rooms were suites with ample room and two tvs. All of the rooms in the suite could be closed off from the other rooms."

"This place is not a safe place for travelers. The front desk provided a room key to us for a room that was occupied. Kids all over the place including behind the front counter. pool was not opened, which was a blessing as it probably was not sanitary. we walked out without staying even one night and was denied our money back. This place needs to be shut down by the health dept. Disgusting"
