"The Nautilux Rethymno in Crete was spotless clean eveywhere; staff possessed excellent customer service skills; always ready; always helpful. The beach space is wonderful and spacious; and so were the swimming pools. The breakfast included was superb. the whole ambiance was amicable and pleasant. if we get a chance to come back, we will definitely do."

"The Avli Lounge apartments are beautiful! We stayed in the Candy Suite for about four days. As mentioned in several reviews, location is excellent, and we were able to walk everywhere. Both Stelios' and Nickos were always available and helpful for everything. Do note that there is no elevator as the hotel is in Old Town and they preserve the structures. That also means you have cobblestone streets which still require effort for even the smoothest luggage. The suite we were in was on the 3rd...

"Perfect little gem from which to explore western Crete. Staff are extremely friendly and the service level very good. The food in the restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner was very high-quality and very tasty."

"We had a wonderful 5-night stay at Savus. Check-in was seamless with a warm welcome and refreshing lemonade, the bed was very comfortable, and water was replenished daily. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of variety and made-to-order eggs. The hotel has an elevator in the back (so no need to worry about stairs with luggage), and the location is unbeatable—right across from the marina, steps to the beach, and walking distance to old town shops and restaurants. "This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Rimondi Boutique Hotel and it was as perfect as the first time. The customer service is excellent and Room 7 was excellent as it was spread over two floors with a balcony overlooking the street and additional outside sunbathing area which wasn’t overlooked. Although situated in the old town and very close to the restaurants and shops, you do not get any noise disruption - in fact it’s an ideal place in an ideal position."

"Beautiful hotel in the city center, walking distance to the old town which is filled with restaurants and shopping spots, across the street from an amazing coffee shop, kind staff, clean and felt safe! Around 10 parking spots in the underground lot first come first serve otherwise parking free on hotel street ! Breakfast had good variety of options! Would recommend ! "

"Loved this property. In the middle of the action! staff was soooo friendly and gave great local recommendations, especially Areti! One thing was no parking, as this is in a pedestrian area, but we parked at a structure a couple minute walk away."
