The Space
The apartment, completely renovated and newly furnished, is ideal for those who want to enjoy a stay in a quiet, elegant, and exclusive setting while remaining close to all the points of interest in the famous city of Padua.
Our apartment, complete with all essential appliances and featuring a simple yet modern design, will be the ideal place to spend part of your time in wonderful Padua.

The apartment consists of a spacious open-concept area with a table and four chairs where you can enjoy your meals, a comfortable armchair, a double bed, and a double sofa bed, in front of which you’ll find a 43" Smart TV for a quiet evening watching your favorite shows.

The kitchen is located in a well-defined, separate area from the rest of the apartment, and inside you’ll find every amenity: a toaster, kettle, Pellini coffee maker, oven, microwave, 4 gas burners for cooking, etc. A dishwasher is also at your disposal!!

In the bathroom, complete with toilet, sink, and shower, you’ll find a welcome kit (shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion), a hair dryer, and towels of various sizes. Plus, you’ll find a very convenient washing machine!

The apartment is meticulously maintained, equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating. Although it’s located right in the city center, the apartment has windows and doors that allow you to enjoy peace and relaxation by completely blocking out outside noise.

You’ll find a centralized VMC ventilation system—a forced-air recirculation system with room humidity control and air sanitization that eliminates up to 99% of bacteria and viruses in the air.

Outside, you’ll find a pleasant patio with sofas, armchairs, and coffee tables, where you can enjoy time with friends and family outdoors, relax, and/or work on your computer.
The property also features a laundry room: a washer and dryer are at your disposal so you can wash and hang your clothes comfortably in a space dedicated solely to this purpose.

Guest Access
The apartment is located on the first floor of the residence, so you won’t need to use the elevator or climb any stairs.

The entrance to the residence is located at Via del Santo 121.

Directions to the location will be provided after booking, along with arrival and check-in information.

Other things to keep in mind
The exterior door to the property is electronically locked; simply enter the code provided and wait for it to open.

Please be careful not to push the door after entering the code, as the door will open and close automatically.
