This lovely, tastefully restored villa is situated in an exclusive panoramic location, commanding a breathtaking view of the sea. Cool, secluded, independent and comfortable, it’s everyone’s dream holiday home.
Recently renovated in a modern Sardinian and Mediterranean style, Villa Penthouse is equipped with every comfort, with everything you could need, for your convenience.
Every detail of the décor is perfect, with only local materials and design furniture to create just the right mood. The patio is the hub of the house, providing a fluid and homogeneous continuity between the indoor and outdoor areas: the shimmering, fragrant sea of Sardinia can be enjoyed in the ample open space created by the lounge, patio and terrace.
The fully fenced garden surrounding the villa – very safe for children – has direct, private access to a small sandy beach bordered by rocks.

The Villa overlooks a small bay with shallow waters, ideal for children and for a relaxing swim.
The living area consists of a living room with SAT PAY TV (SKY), DVD-Blue Ray player, a fully equipped kitchen with an American fridge, wine cellar and Nespresso machine, and a roofed patio for alfresco dining with a table for 8 people. The sleeping area has 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom and one bedroom with a bunk bed; another extra double bedroom with en suite bathroom is located on the lower ground floor, with its own entrance. Initially intended for service personnel, it’s ideal for friends or reserved guests. Every bedroom is air-conditioned, and has a sea view, and all are equipped with flat TVs and sliding windows and mosquito nets.
The Villa has a total of 3 bathrooms with showers.
The terrace is furnished with comfortable white sofas and loungers, covered from the sun by a big white tent, fully retractable glass doors opening out to the terrace, and a brand new heated jacuzzi (2 mt x 3 mt), a garden with fragrant Mediterranean plants and a seasonal herb corner that you can use in your recipes, a very distinctive all-stone outdoor shower with hot water and outdoor kitchen with large stone barbecue. Wi-Fi, radio, DVD and Blu-Ray and safety deposit box. Two SUP are also included in the price.
The furniture is well-groomed with custom-made furniture or furniture of renowned designers.
There is the possibility to ask for a cradle and/or a high chair.

In this setting, the sea becomes a private swimming pool. This is the perfect place for a family with children who want to enjoy a holiday by the sea with all modern comforts and in total relaxation, or for couples looking for a high-end holiday with all modern comforts that matches their lifestyle.
There are many other beaches nearby, that are reachable walking. You could go to a different one each day.
Within 500 mt. there are 3 bars, 3 restaurants, 1 small market, 1 newsstand/tobacco shop, 1 rental store, a windsurf a yoga school.

For people who want to enjoy Sardinia during the winter, the Villa is furnished of central heating. From October until April, Sardinia resumes its natural landscape, an oasis of relax, a romantic refuge where you can be seduced by the secret enchantment of the winter sea.

Rates shown are ALL INCLUSIVE: the use of the house and all its appliances, expenses for the consumption of water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, supply of all household linen (sheets, towels, kitchen linen, beach towels). Cleaning service is included for 2 hours per 6 day per week, also pool cleaning and gardener.
We can arrange many additional services such as Car Rental, Airport Transfers, Yacht Charters, Rent a Boat with or without skipper Fishing Charters, First Grocery Service (very recommended), Babysitter, Private chef, Cooking classes, Massages, Yoga classes, Personal Trainer, Hairdresser or Beautician treatments at home, restaurant reservation, security etc.
