Hidden gem in Sardinia

We had a wonderful stay in northern Sardinia. Our gracious hosts offered us a nice meal when we arrived due to a late flight and car rental. Isabetta greeted us with warm pizza and gave us all the details on the property. We enjoyed watching the brief lightning show which lit up the night sky. It wasn’t until morning light that we could truly appreciate the beauty of the property and the view off the back of the patio. The beach and warm, inviting water is just steps beyond the gate to the lower grotto unit. We utilized all the kitchen had to offer and had many memorable meals. The highlight was grilling over open charcoal worth the wood that was provided. We are already talking about making a trip back next year and this property will be first on the list. I highly recommend Georgio and Elisabetta as they were the best hosts and attended to our every need. Every day housekeeping was a bonus and not something you find often for a VRBO property.

Highly recommend

Wonderful to arrive somewhere and it surpasses your expectations. It is actually a self contained small house, with a picture perfect view. Porto Rotondu is 15min drive and beats Porto Cuervo hands down. Apartment is immaculate and fully equipped. We loved our stay and will be back.

Beautiful beach front property

Giorgio and Elizabetta were super helpful hosts once we arrived. They made us great recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. The villa is well setup with beautiful views and easy access to a small beach. There’s a small grocery store and cafe within the community that was great for last minute needs. Very family friendly villa.

Semana familiar

Muy buena experiencia de una semana de vacaciones familiar. El lugar es muy tranquilo ideal si quieres descansar. Muy apto para familias con niños pequeños. El mar muy tranquilo y unas vistas preciosas desde la casa. La casa muy bien decorada y muy acogedora. Muy funcional con todo lo necesario. Es una excelente opción para vacaciones familiares tranquilas.

Calme avec vue magnifique !

La maison est idéalement située avec un accès direct à la plage, il y a une vue magnifique sur la mer depuis la terrasse et même depuis l'intérieur de la maison. Le propriétaire a pensé à tous les besoins de ses hôtes, nous avons manqué de rien. Cependant, nous avons été déçus du Jacuzzi dont la température était à 18°C à notre arrivée. Autant le propriétaire que le pisciniste ont réussi péniblement à monter la température à 20°C. Notre choix s'était porté sur cette maison pour le Jacuzzi, vous pouvez imaginer notre déception !!! Une telle propriété mériterait un vrai Jacuzzi avec système à 35°C pour profiter de la saison ou il fait frais, DOMMAGE.

Paradise in Sardinia

Just spend a few glorious days in this villa. The house is absolutely beautiful. Perfect for our group of six adults. You really do get the Wow Factor as soon as you walk in. They have thought of everything. If you want to cook, the kitchen has everything you could possible need. There are even fresh herbs growing in the garden! The weather was great so we spent most of our time outdoors. Being just steps from the beach was the best. We took the kayak and the paddle boards out, hung out in the jacuzzi or on the patio with a nice glass of Sardinian wine....perfection! The location was ideal for us. We had a quiet place to call home and it was just a short drive to Golfo Aranci, Porto Rotondo, Porto Cervo and San Panteleo. A few from our group even golfed at Pevero Golf Club; they loved it! The entire online booking process was seamless. G5Homes was over the top wonderful to work with. Silvia and Alessia thought of everything. So organized!! The communication was excellent. They helped with coordinating an in home chef one evening (highly recommended!!), sent the detailed directions and contact information well in advance, were there when we arrived to give us a warm welcome and even gave us a list of restaurants and sites to visit during our stay. Really, it was one of the best vacations we have taken and it had so much to do with this beautiful home and the excellent service from G5Homes. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful villa with gorgeous views

We spent a week at this villa in late July. The villa is beautiful and well maintained. It is spotlessly clean and well equipped. It has spectacular views of the ocean, and is literally 100 feet from the beach. The beach is quiet in the early morning and at night. But was quite crowded during the day with beach goers from nearby condos. The villa is conveniently located. Giorgio was extremely helpful. Great time had by all.

fantastic vacation< June 25th to July 2nd 2016

We had the BEST family vacation ever!! Giorgio and Silvia provided very good service. The house was absolutely everything you could possibly need or wish for. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed the herb garden to spice up our meals. The great big table brought our family together and we spend hours every day enjoying good food and laughter. Everybody had lots of space and privacy. Trip of a Lifetime

We had very high hopes for our visit, and the property absolutely exceeded our expectations. The villa was exactly as described, in immaculate condition, and was extremely convenient with easy access right on the beach with shimmering green crystal clear waters, clean air, and breathtaking views. A very private place, our stay from September 19 - 26 was at low season so the area around us was quiet. Fortunately for us, the weather was fantastic, and the villa is in close proximity to many nearby towns, so it is very convenient all around. Hopes to return there some day !!
